The ONS-Gebouw is a 10-minute walk from Schiedam Centrum NS railway station with various train, bus and metro connections. Enclosed between the A4, A13 and A20 motorways, the business park is easily accessible by car. There is ample free parking in the immediate vicinity.

The ONS Building is the former office building of Public Utilities Schiedam. Schiedammers came here to pay their energy bills and innovations such as solar panels or fibre optic internet were tested for the first time. We are bringing the innovative character back to life in 2020 by making the building available to innovative entrepreneurs, start-ups and scale-ups. Companies actively working on innovations in areas such as energy, circularity, sustainability, engineering, automation or artificial intelligence. We welcome makers, thinkers and doers to our community engaged in Prototyping The Future. You can rent your own office space or a flexible workplace-renting in the ONS Building and use the common facilities. On the third floor, a 160 m2 space has been set up for internal and external events and meetings for up to 100 people. The good accessibility and quiet surroundings make the ONS-Gebouw a pleasant place to work.
