Our contracts are transparent and flexible. At Co-Office, you rent for an agreed period with a clear notice period and/or renewal for a fixed price per month.

How many m² you need for your team depends on several factors. Basically, you can take 8 m² of workspace per person. Depending on how your desk is set up, whether it is used flexibly, how much storage (cupboard) space you use, you will need more m² per employee.

If you are interested in one or more locations where we offer our services, we will do a brief intake by phone or e-mail so that we know exactly what you are looking for.
This avoids possible disappointment if we can assess in advance whether a location meets your wishes and expectations. If there is a good chance that the location is suitable, we make an appointment on location and do a tour of the building, along the various tenants, facilities and available spaces.
