  • About Co-Office

    Co-Office offers flexible office spaces starting at 15 square meters for start-up and growing companies.

    At location Keynes Building, John M. Keynesplein 10 in Amsterdam.

  • What branches are there?

    Co-Office currently manages 6 locations in Amsterdam. Several locations on the A10 ring road (West, South and East), and one location on the Herengracht. For more information, visit Locations.

Rent at Co-Office

  • What is the minimum lease term at Co-Office

    At Co-Office, you rent for a minimum of 12 months.

Office spaces

  • What types of office spaces are available?

    We offer spaces from 15 to 140 square meters in various locations in Amsterdam.

  • Do you offer private offices?

    Each Co-Office location is equipped with one or more meeting rooms for tenant-only use. The meeting rooms can be booked to a fair-use policy of 2 hours per day per tenant.

  • Can you rent office spaces with your own furniture?

    Absolutely! Furniture is optional with every office. Decorating your space entirely to your own taste is of course no problem.

  • What kind of meeting facilities do you offer?

    A shared meeting room for up to 10 people, which can be reserved free of charge for 2 hours per day for each client.

  • Are flexible workstations available?

    This varies by location. The Bridge Building and Adammium locations feature a Social Office, where freelancers and entrepreneurs can rent their own desks individually. A perfect stepping stone to your own space.

Facilities

  • What facilities are included in the rental?

    Includes internet, gas/water/electricity, coffee, meetings, mail service and much more!

  • Are kitchen facilities available?

    Yes, all locations have one or more well-equipped pantries.

  • Do you offer printing and copying services?

  • Are there relaxation areas?

    All Co-Office office locations feature a large lounge, a meeting room, and other places to relax outside of your own office.

  • How is internet provision arranged?

    Each office location is equipped with a fiber optic connection. As a customer, you get your own VLAN connection on the Co-Office network free of charge.

Accessibility

  • Is there 24/7 access to office spaces?

    Yes! Almost all locations offer 24/7 access.

  • Are elevators available in the building?

    Of course! All locations are equipped with elevators.

  • Are showers offered for employees?

    This varies by location. Check out our location page to see which Co-Office location best suits your business.

  • Is there a postal and parcel service available?

    Team Co-Office makes sure your mail arrives neatly in your mailbox at least twice a week. Packages are accepted by the on-site reception.

  • How is the ventilation and air conditioning in the offices?

    All offices are equipped with a climate system which can be independently regulated. Are you cold? Then easily turn the system up a little warmer.

  • What spaces are there for networking and collaboration?

    Each Co-Office features a beautiful social heart for lunch, informal conversations and drinks with fellow tenants.
